Anne Nguyen

Anne joined Willocks Lawyers more than 6 years ago and is the senior clerk representing clients in all aspects of sale and purchase of businesses and commercial and residential conveyancing.  This includes preparing contracts and s32, advice in relation to contracts of sale, off-the-plan purchases and subdivisions.

 

Anne also provides assistance to principal lawyer, Lachlan Nguyen in relation to proceedings in the Supreme Court, County Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court.  As a result, she is familiar with the processes of those courts.

 

The drive to deliver the best outcomes for her clients in complex transactions is what motivates Anne.  She is friendly, focussed and committed to her client’s needs.  As a result, she has developed a loyal client base in conveyancing and business transactions.

 

Anne is bilingual and is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.  She has a Diploma in Bank Service Management and an Advanced Diploma in Business, Majoring in Accounting.
